  • The “starting at”/base fee includes “tuition”, all meals, airport transfer to and from the property on Wednesday April 3rd (arrival) and Sunday April 7th (departure), all onsite activities (and there are a lot!!), and a shared bedroom.

  • the METREAT is luxurious living with more free time, while camp METREAT is more of a "roll up your sleeves" experience while living respectfully in a more raw, untouched environment (aka: in a jungle, with a room that has A/C) with land conservation in mind. Both have the same intensive programming and goal, but camp METREAT takes it a step deeper. the METREAT is priced higher due to more luxury accommodations, while camp METREAT is meant to be more accessible.

Priority access is granted to F*RK THE NOISE students, Tracey’s yoga students, and those who have previously worked with Lisa privately, followed by general applicants.

  • The application process helps us ensure that we provide you with the experience you expect. Your responses also help provide information for our concierge-style booking process, where a team member will reach out to you directly to discuss the room options and answer any and all of your questions! Your application will be kept confidential and only reviewed by the METREAT team. Your spot is not confirmed until deposit is put down.

  • You may hear from us via email after we have reviewed submissions with follow-up questions and confirming information. The booking process will include a concierge-style phone call with a member of the METREAT team so we can make you the most comfy. We appreciate your patience as we review all submissions.

  • While the METREAT takes place April 3rd - April 7th, and programming is planned for the evening of Wednesday the 3rd. You must arrive in Mexico no later than 3 pm.

    You can, of course, extend your trip to enjoy Mexico, but we want all attendees settled into the houses by Wednesday late afternoon.

  • You'll fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN) in Cancun or Tulum Airport (TQO) in Tulum.

    Be sure to check your flight options. Transportation in Mexico from Cancun or Tulum to and from the airport is included on Wednesday (arrival) and Sunday (departure) in the rates and coordinated by the METREAT team.

  • Definitely! We'll have a group WhatsApp prior to the trip and at least one official Zoom call to meet your fellow METREATERS.

  • Absolutely! There is a section on the application to let us know you would like to attend with a friend and asks about your preferred sleeping arrangements (e.g., shared room with your friend, etc.).

  • Your concierge will discuss the specifics with you, but shared rooms will have no more than three people.

  • For the most part, yes, however, please be sure to note your specific food allergy and its severity in your application.

  • This is not a yoga retreat, but yoga will be offered as one of the introspective immersions 1-2x per day. All levels are welcome. If you are absolutely not a yoga person, you can simply observe or use that time to reflect.

  • Full refunds, minus the nonrefundable deposit and any credit card fees, will be issued prior to February 28th. If you cancel after February 28th, you must file a claim with your personal travel insurance to recover your expenses.

  • A nonrefundable $500 deposit is due within 24 hours of being notified of your spot as a METREATER. Failure to pay the deposit within 24 hours will result in your spot being released to the waiting list. Specific dates for the balance will be discussed during your concierge call.

  • Travel insurance can provide valuable protection for unexpected events that may arise before or during your METREAT. It can give you peace of mind knowing that you’re covered in the event you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances or medical emergencies.
